Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Opened, used, or partially used products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Products purchased in bulk, wholesale quantities, or custom formulations.
- International orders, except in cases of verified transit damage or incorrect shipment.
- Products returned due to personal fragrance preferences or expectations.

Fragrance and Natural Product Disclaimer

Our attars, essential oils, rose waters, hydrosols, and natural products are made using traditional methods and natural ingredients. Slight variations in aroma, color, consistency, or appearance may occur between batches. Such variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.

Please note that fragrance perception is highly subjective. Returns or refunds cannot be accepted solely because a customer does not like the scent of a product.

We recommend purchasing sample sizes before ordering larger quantities whenever possible.

Return Approval Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and may request additional information. If the claim is approved, instructions regarding replacement or refund will be provided.

Hari Bhai Shah reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification and approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or verified damage during transit.

Where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Bulk, wholesale, customized, and export orders cannot be cancelled once production, packing, or dispatch has commenced.
