Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund & Returns

• Refunds are accepted only for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery at hello@haribhaishah.com.
• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
